Course Description:

This Online Beginning Teacher Portfolio Course is designed to support the secondary beginning teacher. This course meets the requirements of the OCPS Beginning Teacher Portfolio and documents the completion of the following professional development components: Classroom Management, Classroom Environment, Diversity, and Differentiating Instruction. The online course will use video of real teaching scenarios to facilitate discussion and collaboration. Participants will be required to view videos, read related articles, and complete various on-line journal and discussion board assignments. Videos and assignments can be accessed from your computer any time of day, at home and school.
